In addition, our Technical Support Desk provides after-sales telephone and email support – with a dedicated support advisor assigned to each of our customers. The team also delivers proactive and continuous quality checks and service-level agreements, as well as being contactable by phone or email during standard office hours to provide ongoing technical help when required.
